Coaching Service Terms

Personalized financial coaching sessions are subject to specific booking, cancellation, and conduct requirements. Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled session may incur a fee. All coaching interactions are confidential, and we expect respectful and professional conduct from clients.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the FinLykke Edu website and within our Services, including text, graphics, logos, course materials, videos, and software, is the property of FinLykke Edu or its licensors and is protected by Singapore and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is strictly prohibited.

Payment and Refund Policies

FinLykke Edu is committed to clear and transparent billing practices. Understanding our payment and refund policies is crucial for a smooth experience.

Payments for courses, workshops, and coaching services are processed securely through our designated payment gateway. All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of any applicable local taxes. Full payment is required prior to accessing course content or commencing coaching sessions, unless otherwise specified for promotional offers or payment plans.
Refunds for online courses may be granted within 7 days of purchase, provided that less than 10% of the course content has been accessed. For coaching services, refunds for unused, pre-paid sessions are generally available, subject to a 7-day notice period. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and will be processed within 14 business days.
For subscription-based services, billing occurs automatically on a recurring basis as per your chosen plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your user dashboard. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No pro-rata refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
